| dc.description | Se reconstruye de manera general el modelo schmittiano de la técnica a partir de los comentarios sobre las armas modernas en el Nomos. (1) Se examina la advertencia de Schmitt sobre la disolución del Ius publicum europaeum para luego (2) analizar sus reflexiones acerca del carácter altamente destructivo del armamento moderno. (3) Se sostiene que tanto Fichte como (4) Locke poseen una coherencia filosófica importante con el pensamiento de la técnica de Schmitt. Por último, (5) se entrega una conclusión parcial sobre los alcances globales de la crítica schmittiana en el debate contemporáneo sobre la técnica. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article schematically reconstructs the Schmittian model of technics from his thesis about weapons as “modern means of destruction”. (1) It addresses the Nomos assertions in the Jus Publicum Europaeum dissolution and then (2) analyses Schmitt’s considerations about the highly destructive features of mass destruction weapons. (3) The article posits that both (3) Fichte and (4) Locke possess an important philosophical bond with Schmitt’s takes on technicity. Finally, (5) a conclusion is given about the global scope of Schmitt’s critique inside the modern debate on technics and technology. | en-US |
