dc.descriptionLa existencia de un numeroso grupo de leyes especiales que, eventualmente, entran en conflicto con la Ley de Protección al Consumidor, ha determinado un significativo número de sentencias en las que se plantea la cuestión de su compatibilidad con otros cuerpos normativos aplicables al caso en particular. El objetivo de este artículo consiste en mostrar que, al abrigo de su artículo 2º bis, la aplicación de la Ley Nº 19.496 dependerá de la extensión de la regulación específica (sustantiva o procedimental) en las normas en conflicto, debiendo preferirse la regulación de protección al consumidor en todo aquello que no se encuentre suficientemente disciplinado. The existence of a large group of special laws that, eventually, conflict with the Consumer Protection Law, has led to a significant number of judgments that raise the question of its compatibility with other regulations applicable to the particular case. The objective of this article is to show that, considering its article 2 bis, the application of Law 19.496 will depend on the extent of the specific regulation (substantive or procedural) in the conflicting norms, preferring the protection of consumer regulation in everything that is not disciplined enough.es-ES
