dc.descriptionThe objective of this research is to recognize the different political and administrative challenges that occurred in the province of Talca, created by law in 1833, in relation to the installation of a new Intendancy and its corresponding subordinate officials such as subdelegates and inspectors. By this we refer to their functioning and behavior, emphasizing their ability to coordinate among themselves and their aptitudes and capabilities. It will be through the analysis of documents from the Ministry of internal affairs, Intendancy and Municipalities, that we will notice the precarious situation of the state administration at the provincial level, especially in places further away from the provincial capitals.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de esta investigación es reconocer los distintos desafíos políticos y administrativos acontecidos en la provincia de Talca, creada por ley en 1833, en relación a la instalación de una nueva intendencia y a sus correspondientes funcionarios subalternos tales como subdelegados e inspectores. Con esto nos referimos a su funcionamiento y comportamiento, poniendo énfasis en su capacidad de coordinación entre sí y a sus aptitudes y capacidades. Será a través del análisis de documentos de Ministerio de Interior, Intendencias y Municipalidades, que notaremos lo precarizada situación de la administración estatal a nivel provincial, sobre todo en lugares más alejados de los centros urbanos capitales de provinciaes-ES
