dc.description	This article establishes a comparative study between the poetic work by Roberto Juarroz and Jaime Sabines. I used the concepts of “verticality” and “horizontality” respectively, posing them as “essential marks” that outline the writing process in each poet. These concepts are defined by the analysis of the relation between the time conception that governs the writing and the interaction between the poetic subject and the external reality in each case. For this matter, theorist and philosophers such as Gaston Bachelard, Henri Bergson, James Olney and Maria Teresa Bertelloni are brought up to discussion.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo realiza un estudio comparativo entre la obra poética de Roberto Juarroz y Jaime Sabines. Se utilizan los conceptos de “verticalidad” y “horizontalidad” respectivamente como “improntas esenciales” que fundamentan y determinan la escritura de cada uno de los autores. Dichos conceptos se definen a partir de un análisis de la relación entre la concepción temporal que direcciona la escritura y la interacción particular que se da entre el sujeto poético y la realidad circundante en cada caso, aludiendo a los postulados de diversos filósofos y teóricos como Gastón Bachelard, Henri Bergson, James Olney y Maria Teresa Bertelloni	es-ES
