| dc.description | The architecture built with words in recent Chilean literature has some common characteristics with the architecture designed by contemporary Chilean architects. Of both, of some exemplary cases, their exceptional quality has been recognized. Beyond its name, there are affinities between the work of, for example, Alejandro Zambra and Alejandro Aravena. Investigating the scenarios of El galán imperfecto and studying the scenes that take place in them allows us to analyze the architecture that Rafael Gumucio imagines: the architecture that transplants from the urban reality to the novel and what is his idea of what a house is, or the transcendence that for their characters have places where they lose their virginity | en-US |
