| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene por objetivo ubicar el aporte especifico de la teoría de sistemas sociales en el heterogéneo campo de estudios de las relaciones laborales, particularmente en la comprensión de los sistemas de relaciones laborales como sistemas autopoiéticos. Para ello, se analiza el origen del estudio de las relaciones laborales y las principales corrientes teóricas de este campo. Posteriormente, se describen los aportes, principales críticas y limitaciones de la teoría de sistemas de relaciones laborales de John Dunlop y se la contrasta con las posibilidades teóricas brindadas por la teoría de sistemas sociales de Niklas Luhmann aplicada al campo de las relaciones laborales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article aims to locate the specific contribution of social systems theory in the heterogeneous field of industrial relations studies, particularly in the understanding of industrial relations systems as autopoietic systems. For this purpose, we analyze the origin of the industrial relations studies and their main theoretical currents. Subsequently, we describe contributions, main criticisms, and limitations of John Dunlop’s systems theory of industrial relations, which is contrasted with the theoretical possibilities provided by Luhmann’s social systems theory applied to the field of labor relations. | en-US |
