| dc.description | Habitually de Middle Period (ca. 600-1000 A.D.) in the Northwest Argentina (NOA) has been characterized according to the presence of Aguada societies, these shared a series of elements of common denomination regarding their symbolic repertoires. Studies have sought to highlight those common elements present in the different areas of occupation. In the last decades, has been proposed that, despite Aguada had a regional emergence, different processes were objectified in a particular way in each place, according to the history and relationship of each territory. From the foregoing, the aim of this work can be deduced, which consist of being able to reflect on notions of body and person, and then apply them to the study of figurines from different regions of the NOA. We start with the theories of the Archaeology of Personhood, as well as certain works focused on the study of the body. Among the preliminary results we can see that the person has ways of being alternative to individualism, and that the body is not necessarily constrained to its biological limits. | en-US |
| dc.description | Habitualmente el Período Medio (ca. 600-1000 d.C.) en el Noroeste Argentino (NOA) ha sido caracterizado a partir de la presencia de sociedades Aguada, las cuales compartieron una serie de elementos de común denominación en lo que concierne a sus repertorios simbólicos. En este sentido, y como modelo central, los estudios han buscado resaltar la presencia de dichas recurrencias en las diferentes áreas de ocupación. En las últimas décadas se ha propuesto que, pese a que Aguada haya tenido una expresión regional, existieron procesos que fueron objetivados de modo particular en cada lugar, en función de la historia y relación de cada territorio. De lo antedicho se desprende el objetivo de este trabajo, el cual consiste en poder reflexionar en las nociones particulares de cuerpo y persona, para luego aplicarlo al estudio de figurinas provenientes de diferentes regiones del NOA. Se parte de los postulados de la Arqueología de la Personhood, así como ciertos trabajos centrados en el estudio del cuerpo. Entre los resultados preliminares podemos ver que la persona posee modos de ser alternativos al individualismo, y que el cuerpo no necesariamente se constriñe a sus límites biológicos. | es-ES |
