Verdad, creencias y fundacionalismo confiabilista

| dc.description | Las afirmaciones verdaderas reciben su justificación de creencias que tienen al conocimiento como base, por lo que para su formulación y comprensión se necesita asumir una posición fundacionalista. En este artículo se propone un fundacionalismo confiabilista, inspirado en Goldman, aunque con cambios importantes respecto a su teoría. A diferencia de Goldman, considero que no todas las creencias tienen que ser verdaderas, ni toda justificación de las creencias requiere de la verdad. Adicionalmente, las creencias verdaderas, expresadas mediante oraciones asertóricas, estarían fundadas en creencias aún más básicas, cuya justificación proviene del uso del lenguaje. | es-ES |
| dc.description | True statements are justified from beliefs that have knowledge as a basis, so for its formulation and understanding it’s necessary to assume a foundationalist position. This article proposes a reliabilist foundationalism, inspired by Goldman’s theory, although with important changes regarding that theory. Unlike Goldman, I think that not all beliefs have to be true, nor any justification of beliefs requires the truth, so that knowledge only allows to justify certain types of assertions, those of assertoric type. True beliefs, expressed through assertoric sentences, would be based on even more basic beliefs, whose justification comes from the appropriate use of language. | en-US |
