dc.description	Resumen:A fines de enero 2020, la primera reunión del camino sinodal de la Iglesia alemana organizó cuatro foros para tratar los siguientes temas: poder y separación de poderes, forma de vida sacerdotal, mujeres en servicios y ministerios de la Iglesia y moralidad sexual. Estos grupos de discusión surgen a partir de un estudio, elaborado por universidades alemanas, que analiza detalladamente el abuso perpetrado por clérigos a jóvenes y mujeres. El artículo expone las líneas de trabajo del tercer foro en específico, sobre “Mujeres en servicios y ministerios de la Iglesia”, esbozando las líneas teológicas de discusión sobre la cuestión del acceso de éstas a los servicios y ministerios, enlazando allí con el proceso de reforma impulsado por el Concilio Vaticano II en la Iglesia alemana.  Palabras claves: mujeres y ministerios, eclesiología, Vaticano II, ecumenismo, camino sinodal en Alemania	de-DE
dc.description	Abstract: At the end of January 2020, the first meeting of the synodal way of the German local church established four forums in which the topics of power and separation of powers, priestly existence today, women in the offices and ministries of the Church and life in successful relationships are dealt with – topics that are prompted by the scientific investigation of the abuse of clerics against young people and women. The essay deals with the work of the third forum on women in the offices and ministries of the Church and outlines the theological lines of discussion on the question of women's access to ministries, and thus builds on the reform process initiated by the 2nd Vatican Council in the German local Church.
