| dc.description | The teacher is an agent constructor of the society as a direct actor in the educational process. The teacher forms and promotes transformation to those mental schemes; he seeks quality and generation of skills of the apprentices for their work life. At the same time, the teacher manages the knowledge for his work due to the dynamics and evolution of it which demands to complement this work as well as to consider new models and strategies to facilitate a significant learning. The teacher also conducts investigative processes in search of alternatives to the solution of diverse problems. How does the teacher manage this?. | dc.description | El docente es agente constructor de la sociedad como actor directo en el proceso educativo; quien forma e impulsa transformación a los esquemas mentales; quien aborda situaciones problemáticas; quien busca calidad y generación de competencias de los aprendices para la vida laboral. Además, gestiona conocimiento para su labor, pues la dinámica y evolución de este exigen complementarlo, plantear nuevos modelos y estrategias para facilitar un aprendizaje significativo, realiza procesos investigativos en busca de alternativas para la solución de distintos problemas que se presentan. ¿Cómo lo gestiona?
