| dc.description | This articles aims to reveal part of the Chilean reality in relation to CSR, in the context of institutions and firms that are positioned and recognized in the market, through organizations that help firms to generate concrete actions and become aware of the importance of responsibility, of their economic actions in society as they see their direct and indirect effects, together with the actions of citizens who are seen or are affected by the strategies that firms develop to archive their economic objectives in the society. The harmful effects that the financial capitalism and globalization have had on social and economic balances are closely related to the conceptual arguments that, as a wake-up call, have reached corporations and firms for social responsibility. However, the model built around the accumulation of capital and benefits have posed a symbiotic relationship in which they are the resource and the end of their own existence, giving rise to structural tensions that nullifies the alternatives of being sustainable and socially responsible at the same time. The path we face as a society, as firms and as a sustainable economic model is based on collaborative work and the changes in addressing how we approach the market. In this paper we will know more about international organizations such as UNDP and OECD and national organizations such as PROhumana Foundation, Red Puentes Chile, among others. | dc.description | El propósito de este artículo es dar a conocer parte de la realidad chilena en relación a la RSE, en el contexto de instituciones y empresas que están posicionadas y reconocidas dentro del mercado, a través de organizaciones que ayudan a las empresas a generar acciones concretas y a tomar consciencia de lo primordial de la responsabilidad, de sus acciones económicas en la sociedad al ver sus efectos directos e indirectos, junto con la acción de los ciudadanos/as que se ven o se sienten afectados por las estrategias que desarrollan las empresas para obtener sus objetivos económicos en la sociedad. Los efectos nocivos que el capitalismo financiero y la globalización han tenido sobre los equilibrios sociales y económicos están estrechamente relacionados con los argumentos conceptuales que, como una llamada de atención, han llegado a las corporaciones y las empresas por la responsabilidad social. Sin embargo, el modelo construido en torno a la acumulación de capital y beneficios han planteado una relación simbiótica en la que ellos mismos son el recurso y el fin de su propia existencia, dando lugar a tensiones estructurales que anula las alternativas de ser sostenible y socialmente responsable al mismo tiempo. El camino que enfrentamos como sociedad, como empresas y como modelo económico sostenible se basa en el trabajo conjunto y los cambios en la manera de abordar el mercado. Conoceremos más de organizaciones internacionales como PNUD y la OCDE y nacionales como Fundación PROhumana, Red Puentes Chile, entre otras. Por último, conoceremos los beneficios de la RSE en las compañías. | es-ES |
