| dc.description | Considering the difficulties faced by the professors guiding students through their thesis development when facing research development, this study gives a proposal for the tutoring process of students from the career Technologist in Industrial Automation, at the University of Santiago, in the terminal process as part of their Thesis Seminary. Following the methodology of Project-Based Learning, the tutoring involved the development of the various stages of research directly related to the proof of concept and early stage of technological development. The findings offer an educational proposal for the use of technologists’ students and leading the students’ investigation processes from an educational and learning-centered perspective. | en-US |
| dc.description | Considerando las dificultades enfrentadas por nuestros académicos investigadores al guiar a estudiantes de la carrera Tecnólogo en Automatización Industrial de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile en procesos de titulación que involucran actividades de investigación, este estudio describe la propuesta de acompañamiento ejecutada. Siguiendo la metodología de aprendizaje basado en proyectos, se definió y dio a conocer un proceso detallado de acompañamiento que implicó definir que se abordarían temas de investigación aplicada, dar un alto grado de responsabilidad a los estudiantes, e incluyó el desarrollo de una nueva consigna de evaluación de los avances de la asignatura terminal correspondiente al Seminario de Título. Los hallazgos ofrecen una propuesta docente para el empleo de estudiantes de dicha carrera y guiar los procesos investigativos de los estudiantes, desde una perspectiva formativa y centrada en el aprendizaje. | es-ES |
