In this N° 39 issue, we greet for the third time in the current year 2020, our entire community of readers of the Electronic Journal "PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY". In a year that, at least from a health point of view, will go down in history due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is still developing and advancing worldwide. En esta edición N° 39, saludamos por tercera vez en el presente año 2020, a toda nuestra comunidad de lectoras y lectores de la Revista Electrónica “GESTIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS Y TECNOLOGÍA”.  En un año que, al menos desde el punto de vista sanitario, quedará en la historia por la pandemia del Covid-19 que aún se desarrolla y avanza a nivel mundial.
