Arte circense como herramienta pedagógica en las clases de Educación Física

dc.descriptionIntroduction: The oldest record of jugglers dates back to 2,040 BC and was found in the tomb of the Egyptian leader Ben Hassani, likewise, during the modern era, circus arts have become a methodological option for Physical Education classes. However, it is not certain the use of this methodological tool in educational systems. Objective: Revise and analyze the use of circus arts as a methodological tool in classes of Physical Education. Methods: A systematic search done in Web of Sciense (WoS), Scopus, and Scielo. The search was carried out between 2010 and 2020. All the articles that used the circus arts as a methodological tool in the Physical Education classes were included Results: Five articles were included in the systematic review. Conclusion: At the end of the systematic review, it can be seen that the circus arts are an innovation and a methodological tool that focuses more on personal effort and achievement. These circus activities are progressively being used in Physical Education classes, but despite the reported benefits there is a lack of teachers with knowledge in the circus arts in educational establishments.en-US
dc.descriptionIntroducción: El registro de malabaristas más antiguo data del año 2.040 antes de Cristo y fue encontrado en la tumba del líder egipcio Ben Hassani, asimismo, durante la era moderna, las artes circenses se han convertido en una opción metodológica para las clases de Educación Física. Sin embargo, no se tiene la certeza del uso de esta herramienta metodológica en los sistemas educacionales. Objetivo: Revisar y analizar el uso de las artes circenses como herramienta metodológica en las clases de Educación Física en los últimos 10 años. Métodos: Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en Web of Sciense (WoS), Scopus y Scielo. La búsqueda se realizó entre el año 2010 y 2020. Se incluyeron todos los artículos que utilizaron las artes circenses como herramienta metodológica en las clases de Educación Física. Resultado: Cinco artículos fueron incluidos en la revisión sistemática. Conclusión: Al finalizar la revisión sistemática, se pudo apreciar que las artes circenses son una innovación y una herramienta metodológica que se enfoca más en el esfuerzo y logros personales. Estas actividades circenses progresivamente están siendo utilizadas en las clases de Educación Física, pero a pesar de los beneficios reportados faltan profesores con conocimiento de las artes circenses en los establecimientos educacionales.es-ES
