dc.description	En el presente artículo se estudian los principales aspectos jurídicos del Comité de Operación Económica del Sistema Interconectado Nacional (COES), como Operador del Sistema para el funcionamiento del servicio público de electricidad en Perú. Para cumplir tal fi n, el presente estudio se inicia con la revisión de la política energética y el sistema eléctrico interconectado nacional, posteriormente se define qué se entiende por coordinación del sistema eléctrico en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano y, finalmente, se estudian los principales aspectos jurídicos del Comité de Operación Económica del Sistema Interconectado Nacional.	es-ES
dc.description	In the present article, we study the main legal aspects of the Economic Operation Committee of the National Interconnec ted Sy s tem (COES) , as Operator of the System for the electricity public service functioning in Peru. To meet this end, the present study begins with a review of the energetic policy and the national interconnected electric system. Then, we defi ne what is meant by electric system coordination in the Peruvian legal system. Finally, we study the main legal aspects of theEconomic Operation Committee of the National Interconnected System.	en-US
