| dc.description | The goal of this article is to analyze the existent relation between the process of reentering the formal work market and Burnout syndrome. It is assumed that looking for a new job demands investment, organization of time and commitment. Thus, the worker is exposed to a number of stressful factors which, if presistent, might lead to Burnout. The analysis is performed according to the theoretical methods of Burnout syndrome proposed by Edelwich and Brodsky; Maslach and Jackson. This article ends considering prevention and treatment of Burnout syndrome in workers in situation of unemployment. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación existente entre el proceso de búsqueda de reingreso en el mercado formal de trabajo y el síndrome de Burnout. Parte del presupuesto de que buscar un nuevo empleo es una tarea/trabajo que exige capacidad de inversión, organización del tiempo y compromiso dejando al trabajador expuesto a una serie de factores que provocan desgaste emocional, y, si persisten, pueden llevarlo al burnout. Se parte de modelos actuales de síndrome de Burnout (Edelwich y Brodsky 1980, Maslach y Jackson 1981). El artículo finaliza con la propuesta de posibilidades de internvención del psicólogo para la prevención y terapia del síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores en situación de desempleo. | es-ES |
