| dc.description | From a psychohistoric approach (E. Erikson), complemented with other theoretical constributions, the psychosocial condition is seen epistemologically as defining any process of identity configuration. the interpretation of identities, being these individual or social, demands a spatial temporal contextualization and a full understanding of its specific geohistoric and cultural matrices. In teh case of Latin America, it works -concretely and formally- as a social identifying reference and as an imaginative collective valid and valuable to its inhabitants. They have been legitimated, not only due to cultural practices and symbolic representaitons, but also by obvious self-perceptions and public hetero-perceptions of a psychosocial mature. The diachronic vision of this peculiar social group -Latin America- outlines as a basic and necessary ingredient of its projective identification construction, a refoundation, an ethical dimension, based upon its geoecological spaces, in Human rights and in Democratic values. | en-US |

Erikson), complementado con otros aportes teóricos, se precisa epistemológicamente la condición psicosocial que define todo proceso de configuración identitaria. la interpretación de identidades, personales o sociales, exige la contextualización espaciotemporal y una cabal comprensión de sus matrices geohistóricoculturales específicas. En el caso de América Latina, ésta opera -concreta y formalmente- como referente social identificatorio e imaginario colectivo válido y valioso para sus habitantes, legitimados tanto por prácticas culturales y representaciones simbólicas compartidas como por evidentes autopercepciones y públicas heteropercepciones de índole psicosocial. La visión diacrónica de esta peculiar formación social - la América Latina- perfila, como necesario y básico ingrediente de su proyectiva construcción identitaria, una (re)fundante dimensión ética, basada en sus espacios geoecológicos, en los Derechos Humanos y en los valores democráticos. | es-ES |
