dc.descriptionThis research gives a global contrast to the social reintegration of law enforcement, under national juvenile delinquency regulations 20,084. In the face of this, the Servicio Nacional de Menores (SENAME) implements, through its plans, programs focused on different axes to promote the rehabilitation process. Education is one of them, and its importance lies in handing over the tools that will strengthen children's ability to face the world once their sentence is served. In this context, the main objective is to analyze SENAME's educational program for law enforcement violators against international standards of social reintegration. This is done through a model of documentary analysis in which a context is first carried out on legislative issues and international standards, and then evidence of whether the latter are met. It is concluded that the State of Chile, in its obligation as a facilitator of social rights and the low record in studies related to minor law violators, only complies with the formal educational structure. .en-US
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación entrega una mirada con contraste global a la reinserción social de infractores de ley, bajo la normativa nacional de delincuencia juvenil 20.084. Frente a ello el Servicio Nacional de Menores (SENAME) implementa, a través de sus planes, programas enfocados en diferentes ejes para fomentar el proceso de readaptación. La educación es uno de ellos, y su importancia radica en entregar las herramientas que fortalecerán la capacidad que tendrán los menores para enfrentar al mundo una vez cumplida su condena. Bajo este contexto se tiene por objetivo principal analizar el programa del SENAME en materia educativa para infractores de ley frente a estándares internacionales de reinserción social. Lo anterior mediante un modelo de análisis documental en el cual primeramente se realiza un contexto en temas legislativos y estándares internacionales, para luego evidenciar si es que estos últimos se cumplen. Se concluye que el Estado de Chile, en su obligación como facilitador de derechos sociales y la poca constancia en estudios relacionados a infractores de ley menores de edad, sólo cumple con la estructura formal educativa.es-ES
