| dc.description | This paper analyzes the MERCOSUR audiovisual policy. It aims to study whether the model of MERCOSUR supranational policy follows an original pattern or rather there is a clear influence on its definition and implementation of the European Union’s audiovisual policy. Once done the comparative analysis between both supranational policies, it can be concluded that there is a European influence on the definition and development of the MERCO- SUR audiovisual policy.
