| dc.description | The present research aims to define and evaluate the model that has been assumed by the water law and management system in Chile, specifically, in a context of continuous alternation in the Presidency of the Republic, since 2006. In order to do this, an analysis of three aspects is proposed: i) the identification of five essential and descriptive elements of the water law and management system; ii) the experts positions existing about it; and, iii) the public policy projects presented and implemented in the subject during the period 2006-2018. | en-US |
