dc.description	Violence between courting couples is a central theme in many research works. In this particular study we analysed the perception of violence within courtship between university students. One of the most important findings was that psychological and emotional violence – consisting in controlling the other person and using nicknames to humiliate him/her – was the most common. Both sexes agree that both men and women may be the aggressors or the victims of this kind of violence.	en-US
dc.description	La violencia en el noviazgo es tema central de múltiples trabajos de investigación, en este estudio en particular, se analizó la percepción de la violencia en el noviazgo por parte de jóvenes universitarios. Entre los resultados más importantes se encontró que la violencia psicológica y emocional que consiste en mantener el control y en utilizar apodos para humillar, resulta ser la más común. Ambos sexos coinciden en que tanto hombres como mujeres, son agresores y receptores de este tipo de violencia.	es-ES
