dc.description	In these notes attempts to explain the constitutional model of family in Chileand discuss some implications that follow this model in light of the influenceof law in relations of power into the family. Discusses the relationship of thefamily with the principle of subsidiarity, the understanding of this relationshipby a neoliberal interpretation of this principle and the need for stateintervention in intra-family relations, founded on a conception of freedom asnon-domination.	en-US
dc.description	Estas notas pretenden exponer el modelo constitucional de familia en Chiley analizar algunas consecuencias que se siguen de ese modelo a la luz dela influencia del derecho en las relaciones de poder dentro de la familia. Seanaliza la relación de la familia con el principio de subsidiaridad, la comprensiónde esa relación por una interpretación neoliberal de tal principio yla necesidad de la intervención estatal en las relaciones intrafamiliares, fundadaen una concepción de libertad como no-dominación.	es-ES
