These legal provisions containregulations for people in ageing processes, for they obtain a pension at anadvanced age, including benefi ts in many ways and money.Those belonging to some social security system represent 40% of the population,which means that the remaining 60% are unprotected.The growth rate of the elderly is faster than joint of the whole population.
