| dc.description | Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin are Studio Formafantasma, an Italian designer duo based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Their interest in product design developed during the course of the Master on Innovation Management of the Eindhoven Design Academy, where they graduated in July 2009. Since then, Formafantasma has developed a coherent body of work that is characterized by the experimental research on materials and the exploration of such issues as the relationship between the local tradition and culture, critical approaches to sustainability and the importance of the cultural objects as cultural conduits. In perceiving their role as a bridge between craft, industry, object and user, they are interested in forging links between their research-based practice and a wider design industry. | en-US |

Su interés en el diseño de productos se desarrolló en el curso del Máster de Gestión de la Innovación de la Academia de Diseño Eindhoven, de la que se graduaron en julio de 2009.
