dc.descriptionOn February 24, 2012, was published and notified the judgment delivered by the Interamerican Court of Human Rights in the popular Atala Case. Being a widely known and publicized case in our country, it is a duty to relate the serious defects that occur during the process. Specifically, we think this is a null process, because it violates due process. Furthermore, we argue that a process is logically untenable, because of its abundant contradictions.en-US
dc.descriptionCon fecha 24 de febrero de 2012 fue publicada y notificada la sentencia emitida por la CIDH en el conocido caso Atala. Siendo un caso ampliamente conocido y difundido en nuestro país, conviene hacer presente los gravísimos vicios ocurridos durante su tramitación. En concreto, pensamos que se trata de un proceso nulo, pues vulnera el debido proceso. Asimismo, afirmamos que es lógicamente insostenible, en razón de sus abundantes contradicciones.es-ES
