Abstract
This article deals with the influence of international law in the chilean domestic system through case-law. This work analyses that influence in diverse branches of law from criminal law and human rights abuses to indigenous rights, rights of children, and free trade agreements under the framework of WTO-GATT. Este trabajo analiza la influencia del derecho internacional en el derecho doméstico chileno a través del estudio de casos judiciales. El artículo abarca una serie de áreas del derecho como casos penales y abusos a los derechos humanos, derechos indígenas, derechos del niño y tratados de libre comercio en el marco OMC-GATT.
