The advances in the environmental policy and the environmental step in the business organizations have allowed articulating strategies of conservation and use of the natural resources of the environment like paradigms and of the environmental policy of the States. The objective of the article is to systematize the elements that configure the instruments of environmental tutelage ( evaluation of environmental impact, environmental inspection, environmental license and environmental auditing ) to delimit his connection points between these as part of the environmental policy in pursuit of attaining an adequate environmental sustainable step.Los avances en la política ambiental y la gestión ambiental en las organizaciones empresariales han permitido articular estrategias de conservación y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y del ambiente como paradigmas de la política ambiental de los Estados. De cara a la realidad cubana, el objetivo del artículo es sistematizar los elementos que configuran a los instrumentos de tutela ambiental (evaluación de impacto ambiental, inspección ambiental, licencia ambiental y auditoría ambiental) para delimitar sus puntos de conexión, como parte de la política ambiental en pos de alcanzar una adecuada gestión ambiental sostenible.
