| dc.description | This work consists of an historical analysis regarding the prospect that the individuals have had and currently have in accessing to justice and obtaining effective remedies in Chile when confronted in a dispute of legal importance against the government, specially the Administration. | dc.description | En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis histórico de la posibilidad que han tenido y tienen los particulares de acceder a la justicia y obtener una tutela judicial efectiva en Chile cuando se ven enfrentados en un conflicto de relevancia jurídica contra el Estado, especialmente el Estado administrador. Para finalizar, se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual. Lo anterior permite entender, desde este especial punto de vista, la manera en que ha sido consagrado el Estado de derecho en nuestro país. | es-ES |
