| dc.description | Esta investigación presenta un análisis de corte mixto, cuantitativo y ualitativo, sobre la jurisprudencia de los cuatro tribunales tributarios y aduaneros de la Región Metropolitana, respecto del procedimiento especial de reclamo por vulneración de derechos del contribuyente. A partir de lo anterior, el estudio se centra en determinar cuáles son los principios conforme a los que estos tribunales especiales fundamentan sus decisiones. Al mismo tiempo, se busca ofrecer cifras y análisis de estos principios, así como información relevante para el ejercicio de la profesión, concernientes al procedimiento especial de reclamo en estudio. | es-ES |
