Se estudian sistemas de gobierno de países calificados como semipresidenciales y de los que han intentado reformas para atenuar el problema del hiperpresidencialismo. Sobre la base de las conclusiones obtenidas, se intenta dilucidar si la introducción del sistema semipresidencial es una alternativa adecuada para Chile. | es-ES |
