dc.description	El presente artículo analiza un caso acaecido en la Universidad Católica de Chile en la que dos alumnos fueron perseguidos por colgar un cartel que decía “los niños tienen derecho a tener un papá xy y una mamá xx”. Se trató de un proceso desprolijo y lleno de abusos, en el que se puede apreciar cómo las autoridades universitarias ceden en su papel de proteger los fines de la universidad y en educar a los estudiantes de una forma tal que promueva la tolerancia y la democracia.	es-ES
dc.description	This article analyzes a case that occurred at the Catholic University of Chile in which two students were persecuted for hanging a sign that read “children have the right to have a father xy and a mother xx”. It was an untidy process full of abuses, in which it can be seen how the university authorities cede in their role of protecting the purposes of the university and educating students in a way that promotes tolerance and democracy.	en-US
