dc.descriptionContemporary society demands innovation in the teaching of the Law. In that sense, the pedagogical methodology based on competences can be a useful instrument since it aims to train students for professional competence in a changing world, so that the link between university education and reality is the main objective of the learning process and is carried out taking into account that the evaluation process, programming and planning are related to each other and must occur in parallel. However, technique, theory and teaching methodology are not enough for a better world, if there is no democratic context and participation of educational actors.en-US
dc.descriptionLa sociedad contemporánea exige innovar en la enseñanza del Derecho. En ese sentido la metodología pedagógica basada en competencias puede ser un instrumento útil, ya que tiene como objetivo formar a los estudiantes para la competencia profesional en un mundo cambiante, por lo que la vinculación de la educación universitaria con la realidad constituye el objetivo principal del proceso de aprendizaje y se realiza teniendo en cuenta que el proceso de evaluación, la programación y la planificación se relacionan entre sí y deben ocurrir en paralelo. Sin embargo, la técnica, la teoría y la metodología docente no son suficientes para un mundo mejor, si no hay un contexto democrático y participación de los actores educativos.es-ES
