This essay aims to prove the thesis that, towards the differences between Deleuze and Derrida, there is a common critic against the classical topic of “familiarity” (oikeíosis). A thinking against the filiation between individual, social, familiar, and national therms that involves in them, this philosophical question affects from the biological to the social and political aspects. Respect the biological, because the filiation is between the individual being and the specie; the social, because the filiation is the constitution of “the family” (the so called basis of all society). Finally, because the filiation is the general question of relationship and kinship. The critic, anyway, is different in the procedure: Deleuze go quickly to vanish the logic of filiation, and on the contrary, Derrida is slower and pacient in showing that the logic of familiarity is autoimmune and deconstructive of itself.Este ensayo busca probar la tesis que, más allá de las diferencias entre Deleuze y Derrida, existe una crítica común al tópico clásico de la “familiaridad” (oikeíosis). Un pensamiento contra la filiación entre los términos individuales, sociales, familiares y nacionales que en ellos se implica, esta cuestión filosófica afecta desde lo biológico a lo social y lo político. Respecto a lo biológico, porque la filiación es entre el ser individual y la specie; lo social, porque la filiación es la constitución de “la familia” (la tan llamada base de la sociedad). Finalmente, porque la filiación es la cuestión general del parentesco y la descendencia. La crítica, de todos modos, es diferente en el procedimiento. Deleuze va rápidamente a desterrar la lógica de la filiación, mientras, al contrario, Derrida es más lento y paciente en mostrar que la lógica de la familiaridad es autoinmune y deconstructiva de sí misma.
