| dc.description | Female mobility in public spaces is a major problem due to the presence of configurations that affect the route one wishes to take from one place to another. This produces problems that affect the life and development of working women. The general objective of this work is, through a qualitative methodology of shadowing commutes between home and work, to analyze the impact of spatial, functional and perceptual configurations on the commute of three working women from Greater Concepción. In terms of specific objectives, in first place the roles, time, distance and form of transport that these women use to move around the city are described; second, the configurations that hinder their commutes are identified; finally, the main problems of mobility and their effects on the development of their daily life are established. The results highlight that women who work encounter a series of spatial, functional and perceptual difficulties in their daily mobility and these trigger a series of negative effects in their daily lives. | en-US |
| dc.description | La movilidad femenina en los espacios públicos es un gran problema debido a la presencia de configurantes que afectan el recorrido que se desea hacer de un lugar a otro, los cuales producen problemas que afectan la vida y desarrollo de la mujer trabajadora. El objetivo general de este trabajo es, a través de una metodología cualitativa de seguimiento de recorridos entre la casa y el trabajo, analizar el impacto de los configurantes espaciales, funcionales y perceptuales en el traslado de tres mujeres trabajadoras del Gran Concepción. Como objetivos específicos se describe, en primer lugar, los roles, tiempo, distancia y forma de transporte que asumen y utilizan para poder movilizarse en la ciudad; segundo, identificar los configurantes que dificultan su traslado y, finalmente, establecer las principales problemáticas de movilidad y sus efectos en el desarrollo de su vida cotidiana. Los resultados encontrados destacan que las mujeres que ejercen un rol laboralmente activo, se encuentran con una serie de dificultades espaciales, funcionales y perceptuales en su movilidad diaria lo que desencadena una serie de efectos negativos en su vida cotidiana. | es-ES |
