| dc.description | The arrival of the railroad changed the way of traveling and therefore the way of relating to the territory. The train from Concepción to San Rosendo continues in operation and is positioned as the main means of transport that connects both towns. This article addresses the concept of landscape to understand the most significant territorial elements in the train journey between Concepción and San Rosendo. For this, photography is used as a methodological registration tool together with interviews with the usual inhabitants of San Rosendo who carry out the tour, in order to identify the heritage values that are assigned to said landscape. The study thus seeks to contribute to the current valuation of the heritage of San Rosendo. The results allow us to understand that the landscape is not simply what is found there, given in nature, but what is observed, identified, selected and, consequently, valued. From the experience of the train trip, this is understood from the relation of the inhabitant with this landscape, in how it relates to said territory, therefore in how it is inhabited and signified. | en-US |
| dc.description | La llegada del ferrocarril modificó la manera de viajar y, por lo tanto, la forma de relacionarse con el territorio. El tren desde Concepción a San Rosendo continúa en funcionamiento y se posiciona como el principal medio de transporte que comunica ambas localidades. Este artículo aborda el concepto de paisaje para comprender los elementos territoriales más significativos en el viaje en tren entre Concepción y San Rosendo. Para esto se utiliza la fotografía como herramienta metodológica de registro junto con entrevistas a habitantes usuales de San Rosendo que realizan el recorrido, para así lograr identificar los valores patrimoniales que le son asignados a dicho paisaje. El estudio busca contribuir así a la actual valoración del patrimonio de San Rosendo. Los resultados permiten comprender que el paisaje no es simplemente lo que se encuentra ahí, dado en la naturaleza, sino lo que se observa, se identifica, se selecciona y, en consecuencia, se valora. Desde la experiencia del viaje en tren esto es comprendido desde la relación del habitante con este paisaje, en cómo se relaciona con dicho territorio, por tanto en cómo se habita y se significa. | es-ES |
