| dc.description | El presente ensayo trata acerca del contenido de la servicialidad del Estado, consagrada constitucionalmente, a fin de establecer que es este último principio el que encabeza el marco axiológico fundamental destinado a dirigir el actuar del Estado chileno. Sostiene que el artículo 1° de la Constitución impone al aparato público un deber activo de permanente adecuación de sus funciones hacia la consecución del bien común, tutelando intereses individuales y colectivos. Dicha premisa resulta contraria a la idea de reducción del Estado, que ha prosperado bajo una interpretación constitucional chilena ligada a la noción de subsidiariedad, que propone debe ser superada. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This essay deals with the content of the State's service, which is constitutionally consecrated, in order to establish that it is this last principle that heads the fundamental axiological framework destined to direct the actions of the Chilean State. It maintains that Article 1 of the Constitution imposes on the public apparatus an active duty of permanent adaptation of its functions towards the achievement of the common good, protecting individual and collective interests. This premise is contrary to the idea of reduction of the State, which has flourished under a Chilean constitutional interpretation linked to the notion of subsidiarity, which it proposes must be overcome. | en-US |
