This article is particularly about agricultural work season developed by women inside of the country context since the second half of the 20th century. Therefore it should characterize the most important phenomenon that occurs in the Chilean agriculture, the Land Reform and the subsequent emergence of Neoliberalism in the Chilean economy. So, this article takes both a historical overview of the agricultural situation, and the condition of rural women in the Aconcagua Valley and the rest of the country, highlighting some nuclei in which the farmers were collectively part: CERA, CEMAS, unions. Then, it will focus specifically on working conditions to which women are subjected to working in temporary agricultural labor.El siguiente artículo trata particularmente sobre el trabajo agrícola femenino de temporada, este a su vez inserto en el contexto país de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Por tanto, debe caracterizar al fenómeno más importante que se produce en el agro chileno, la Reforma Agraria, y la posterior irrupción del Neoliberalismo en la economía chilena. Para lo cual se realiza un repaso histórico tanto de la situación agraria como de la condición de las mujeres campesinas en el Valle del Aconcagua y en el resto del país, destacando algunos núcleos en los que las campesinas formaron parte colectivamente: CERA, CEMAS, sindicatos. Para luego centrarse específicamente en las condiciones laborales a las cuales están sujetas las mujeres que se desempeñan en el trabajo de temporal agrícola.
