| dc.description | Este trabajo tiene por objeto explorar el uso de la perspectiva de las dimensiones críticas de la gobernanza (WHO – HOW – WHAT) para el análisis del diseño de la gobernanza metropolitana propuesta para Chile. En este sentido, al usar una adaptación del estudio de casos a un diseño contemplado en una ley, se está ante un estudio de carácter exploratorio y no concluyente. Parte del análisis desarrollado en las paginas siguientes, muestra que existen ciertos elementos del diseño institucional que no están definidos con presión lo cual puede traer problemas en la implementación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This work aims to explore the use of the perspective of critical dimensions of governance (WHO – HOW – WHAT) for the analysis of the design of the proposed metropolitan governance for Chile. In this sense, by using an adaptation of the case study to a design covered by a law, an exploratory and inconclusive study is before. Part of the analysis developed on the following pages shows that there are certain elements of institutional design that are not defined with pressure which can lead to problems in implementation. | en-US |
