dc.descriptionTerotechnology applied to the replacement of dynamic and static industrial equipment refers to making adequate decisions for its replacement, in order to study the obsolescence of the equipment, and the impact on the fundamental costs of operation and maintenance, as the costs have been reduced. downtime, which is a priority to keep them running and competitive, minimizing maintenance; since the problem with this work is that the assets during their periods of use, suffer wear and tear causing damage. Thus, the objective of the study is to present a model, based on Terotechnology, for the replacement of business units susceptible to failures, in accordance with Asset Management. It is a quantitative research, which presents a mathematical procedure, following the ISO 55000 Standard, where the options to implement quantitatively acceptable decisions are identified and evaluated, in order to efficiently manage said mechanisms; The result is a modeling that allows to reduce the uncertainty for the adoption of alternatives in moments of change of the components and equipment; concluding that it is appropriate to improve costs in the life cycle, and financial gains for companies and their users. en-US
dc.descriptionLa Terotecnología aplicada al reemplazo de equipos industriales dinámicos y estáticos, alude a la toma de decisiones adecuadas para su sustitución, a fin de estudiar la obsolescencia de los equipos, y el impacto en los costos fundamentales de operación y mantenimiento, pues se han disminuidos los tiempos fuera de servicio, que resultan prioritarios para mantenerlos funcionando y competitivamente, minimizando los mantenimientos; ya que la problemática de este trabajo es que los activos durante sus periodos de utilización, sufren desgaste causando desperfectos. Así, el objetivo del estudio es exponer un modelo, basado en la Terotecnología, para el relevo de unidades empresarias susceptibles a fallas, de acuerdo con la Gestión de Activos. Es una investigación cuantitativa, que presenta un procedimiento matemático, siguiendo la Norma ISO 55000, donde se identifican y evalúan las opciones para instrumentar decisiones cuantitativamente aceptables, a fin de gestionar eficientemente dichos mecanismos; el resultado es una modelización que permite reducir la incertidumbre para la adopción de alternativas en momentos de cambio de los componentes y equipos. Se concluye que el modelo es apropiado para mejorar los costos en el ciclo de vida, y las disposiciones económicas para las empresas y sus usuarios.es-ES
