| dc.description | El propósito de este ensayo es entregar información y reflexiones sobre un aspecto asociado a la reforma del proceso civil en actual discusión en Chile que no ha sido considerado ordinariamente en toda su relevancia y que, en el contexto de la pandemia que afecta actualmente al mundo, ha adquirido un protagonismo inesperado. Se trata del impacto de lo digital, de las nuevas tecnologías y de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de políticas públicas en favor de un proceso civil más eficaz y eficiente. Se revisan así los desafíos que plantean tales elementos para una reforma procesal civil en Chile; a tales efectos, se formulan diversas proposiciones para enfrentarlos, distinguiendo las etapas de lo preprocesal, de lo procesal y de lo posprocesal. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The objective of this essay is to provide information and thoughts in order to explore the reform of the civil process, currently under discussion in Chile, from a perspective not sufficiently analysed, which, in the context of the pandemic, has acquired an unexpected relevance, namely the impact of digital means, new technologies and artificial intelligence in the development of public policies in favour of a more effective and efficient civil process. The essay concludes with an analysis on the challenges posed by those elements for a civil justice reform in Chile and various proposals are put forward, distinguishing the pre-procedural, the procedural and the post-procedural stages. | en-US |
