dc.descriptionEste estudio analizó la intersectorialidad en sus dimensiones de integralidad, inclusividad y mancomunidad vinculada a la gestión de reinserción social del Centro de Educación y Trabajo (CET) de Punta de Parra, ubicado en la comuna de Tomé, entre los años 2018 y 2019, mediante un enfoque cualitativo, de diseño no experimental, transversal, exploratorio-descriptivo, utilizando técnicas de recolección de datos mediante la revisión documental y entrevistas semiestructuradas a actores claves. Los principales resultados indican que el CET implementó un enfoque intersectorial, promoviendo la integración de diversos sectores gubernamentales y privados, con el propósito de disponer de las diferentes capacidades sectoriales en forma de recursos, los que pudieron ser utilizados productivamente para resolver problemáticas asociadas a la integración social, considerando la intersectorialidad como una estrategia que crea valor social para la reinserción social y la seguridad pública.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis study analyzed the intersectoriality in its dimensions of integrality, inclusiveness and commonwealth linked to the management of social reinsertion of the Center of Education and Work (CET) of Punta de Parra, located in the commune of Tomé, between the years 2018 and 2019, through a qualitative approach, of non-experimental, transversal, exploratory-descriptive design, using techniques of data collection through documentary review and semi-structured interviews with key actors. The main results indicate that CET implemented an intersectoral approach, promoting the integration of various government and private sectors, with the purpose of making available the different sectoral capacities in the form of resources, which could be used productively to solve problems associated with social integration, considering intersectorality as a strategy that creates social value for social reinsertion and public security.en-US
