| dc.description | The paper seeks to explain how, based on the body-reason dichotomy, a key piece of hegemonic epistemology, a subjectivity is configured that is functional to the prevailing oppressive order. The commitment to a liberating knowledge that transgresses the imperative of order demands the affirmation of the body.
