| dc.description | La pandemia por COVID19 ha evidenciado las profundas desigualdades entre países y regiones, trastocando profundamente la economía global. Por ello, retomar la discusión de la relevancia de implementar Zonas Económicas Especiales (ZEE) en México como una política pública de efectividad probada para afrontar los retos de la actual situación económica mundial. Se realizó un análisis documental en investigaciones que estudian el efecto de las ZEE en la movilidad social, identificando factores recurrentes. Se procedió a realizar un análisis de correlación, para determinar la relación entre la cantidad de ZEE, la riqueza y la desigualdad. Los resultados muestran que las ZEE contribuyen a la generación de riqueza, pero no en la misma medida a la reducción de la desigualdad. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The COVID19 pandemic has highlighted the deep inequalities between countries and regions, profoundly disrupting the global economy. Therefore, to return to the discussion of the relevance of implementing Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Mexico as a public policy of proven effectiveness to face the challenges of the current world economic situation. Documentary analysis was carried out in investigations that study the effect of SEZs on social mobility, identifying recurring factors. A correlation analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the amount of EEZ, wealth, and inequality. The results show that SEZs contribute to the generation of wealth, but not to the same extent as the reduction of inequality. | en-US |
