dc.descriptionEsta investigación analiza, en el contexto del ordenamiento jurídico laboral nacional, el deber de obediencia, en cuanto a los requisitos que son necesarios para que dicho deber sea cumplido por el trabajador dependiente. Para lo cual se identifican y examinan las exigencias que debe observar el empleador en el ejercicio del poder de dirección – que dicen relación con el respeto del contrato individual de trabajo y la normativa estatal– porque solamente su observancia hace exigible el deber de obediencia, al ser los presupuestos de la obediencia debida. Igualmente, se discute el reconocimiento y procedencia del derecho de resistencia del trabajador y no aplicación del principio solve et repete ante órdenes empresariales irregulares.  Abstract  This research analyses the duty to obey, in the context of the national labour law system, with regard to the requirements which are necessary for said duty to be complied with by the employee. To this end, the requirements which the employer must observe in the exercise of the managerial power are identified and examined – these are related to the respect of the employment contract and state regulations, because only their compliance makes the duty of obedience enforceable, since said requirements are the conditions of due obedience. Likewise, the recognition and origin of the employee`s right of resistance and non-application of the solve et repete principle before irregular employer mandates are discussed. es-ES
