The article describes the task carried out for in order to formulate Lago Verde, Sectional Plan, carried out on the whole by the Institute of Geography of the P. Catholic University of Chile and the Ministerial Regional Secretary of Housing and Urbanism of the XI Región of Aysén. In him they stand out three main aspects; the properly such Sectional Plan, synthesizing their different technical components (Explanatory Memory, Ordinance, Study of Feasibility of Drinkable Water and Sewer system and Plane); the carried out administration; and the incorporation of the Plan to the denominated System of Evaluation of Environmental Impact. The results of the administration of the Plan indicate, although it has not still been published in the Official Newspaper for their approval and application, it has been, in general terms, participant and integrative among the different political and social actors.El artículo describe la tarea que para el Plan Seccional Lago Verde realizaron en conjunto el Instituto de Geografía de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y la Secretaría Regional Ministerial de Vivienda y Urbanismo de la XI Región de Aysén. En ella se destacan tres aspectos principales: el Plan Seccional propiamente tal, sintetizando sus distintos componentes técnicos (Memoria Explicativa, Ordenanza, Estudio de Factibilidad de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado y Plano); la gestión realizada; y el sometimiento del Plan al denominado Sistema de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental. Los resultados de la gestión del Plan indican, si bien aun no ha sido publicado en el Diario Oficial para su aprobación y aplicación, que ha sido, en términos generales, participativa e integradora entre los distintos actores políticos y sociales.
