| dc.description | This article attempts to explain the evolution of different housing policies and programs implemented in Chile since the late XIX century to our days. The approach applied stresses the territorial implications of diverse social initiatives aimed to resolve pressing housing needs. In this framework, this communication gives special attention to those expresions that come up to being from the territorial action of the public sector, examining its foundations. justifications and tendencies. | dc.description | Este articulo intenta explicar la evolución de las distintas politicas y programas habitacionales desarrollados en Chile desde finales del siglo XIX hasta nuestros días. El enfoque utilizado enfatiza los aspectos territoriales involucrados en estas actuaciones públicas de la vivienda social. En este sentido, la línea que pretende seguir esta comunicacíon resalta aquellas expresiones que asumen las actuaciones públicas en el Territorio, ver sus fundamentos, justíficaciones y Tendencias; y a partir de ellas construir un marco explicativo que posibilite aproximarse expresiones espaciales de esas politicas. | es-ES |
