| dc.description | This article analyzes the principle of progressive autonomy and the impact that unrestricted compliance with it generates on jurisdictional decisions. From its necessary conceptualization to the limitation of the same that is done by international instruments as well as by Mexican legislation and jurisprudence. It is determined which are the directives that the judge must follow when making a decision that affects the life and personal development of a minor, under the principle in analysis and in clear respect of the principles of the best interests of children and of participation and opinion in the processes that affect their legal and personal sphere. | en-US |

Desde su necesaria conceptualización hasta el acotamiento del mismo que se hace por los instrumentos internacionales, así como por la legislación y jurisprudencia mexicanas.
