dc.descriptionThis article presents the results of a study aimed to research on the discursive representations about social recognition that women older than fifty years of building in relation to the Labor market. To achieve this purpose, an interpretative strategy of in-depth interviews was developed with women older than 50 years registered in the Labor Intermediation Offices (OMIL) at three municipalities of Valparaí­so Region, Chile. Systemic-functional linguistics, applied to discursive representations, was the analysis strategy of the study. It allowed the identification of recognition/grievance dynamics and structural constraints that affect women older than fifty in the labor market. From these considerations, it discussed how these dynamics are stressed by the different spheres of recognition: love, law and social solidarity that are structured in the relationship with others and the subjectivities that are subordinated to the capitalist economic model.en-US
dc.descriptionEl estudio, cuyos resultados presentamos en este artí­culo, tuvo como objetivo indagar las representaciones discursivas sobre reconocimiento social que construyen las mujeres mayores de cincuenta años en relación con el mercado del trabajo. Para el logro de este propósito se desarrolló una estrategia interpretativa de entrevistas en profundidad a mujeres mayores de 50 años inscritas en las Oficinas de Intermediación Laboral (OMIL) de tres comunas de la Región de Valparaí­so, Chile. La lingüística sistémicofuncional5 , aplicada a las representaciones discursivas, fue la estrategia de análisis del estudio. Ella permitió la identificación de dinámicas de reconocimiento/agravio y de condicionamientos estructurales que afectan a mujeres mayores de cincuenta años en el mercado del trabajo. A partir de estas consideraciones, se discute cómo se tensionan esas dinámicas con las distintas esferas de reconocimiento: el amor, el derecho y la solidaridad social que se estructuran en la relación con otros y las subjetividades que quedan subordinadas al modelo económico capitalista.es-ES
