dc.description	This article invites us to reflect over what happens at present with the phenomenon of poverty and social segregation, it also makes us think that the nexus between justice and charity is not reduced exclusively to an individual option but to exigencies of social structure, that has as a utopian horizon the search for the common well-being. Saint Thomas, who in the Theological Sum states: "the seriousness of injustice is that this mortal sin opposes to the charity that is the life of the soul". Because all damage inferred to another person is against the charity that moves to try the good of others. Always consisting the injustice of the damage caused to another one, then to do the unjust thing is, by its sort, a deep offense to the charity itself.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo nos invita a reflexionar sobre lo que pasa hoy en día con el fenómeno de la pobreza y de la exclusión social, así como también hace un llamado a pensar que el nexo entre justicia y caridad no se reduce exclusivamente a una opción individual sino a exigencias de la estructura social, que tiene como horizonte utópico la búsqueda del bien común. Santo Tomás, quien en la Suma Teológica expresa: "la gravedad de la injusticia es que este pecado mortal contraría a la caridad que es la vida del alma". Porque todo daño inferido a otra persona se opone de suyo a la caridad, que mueve a procurar el bien de otros. Consistiendo siempre la injusticia en el daño causadao a otro, entonces hacer lo injusto es, por su género, una ofensa profunda a la caridad.	es-ES
