Abstract The article presented below is intended to develop a series of reflections on the ethical challenges of interdisciplinary teamwork. In this regard, mention the relevance of the ever-present ethical perspective in addressing the complexity of reality, together with that institutional and contextual dimension from which teamwork is situated today. During the development of the article, contributions from various authors are enunciated, who from their particular contributions allow to illuminate some reflections that are proposed in this study, around the need to generate new forms of understanding and interpretation in the face of ethical challenges, in how much dilemmas that praxis poses, through the recognition of multiple aspects that influence the work, facilitating or stressing processes of collective deliberation to reach common agreements.  Resumen El artí­culo que se presenta a continuación, tiene como propósito desarrollar una serie de reflexiones en torno a los desafí­os éticos del trabajo en equipo interdisciplinario. Al respecto, mencionar la relevancia que posee la perspectiva ética siempre presente en el abordaje de la complejidad de lo real, junto a aquella dimensión institucional y contextual desde donde se sitúa hoy el trabajo en equipo. Durante el desarrollo del artí­culo, se enuncian aportaciones de diversos autores,  quiénes desde sus particulares contribuciones permiten iluminar algunas reflexiones que se proponen en el presente estudio, en torno a la necesidad de ir generando nuevas formas de comprensión e interpretación ante los desafí­os éticos, en cuanto dilemas que nos plantea la praxis, por medio del reconocimiento de múltiples aspectos que influencian el quehacer, facilitando o tensionando procesos de deliberación colectiva para arribar a acuerdos comunes.
